To qualify for the PEAK Loyalty Program, practices cannot be enrolled in any enhanced promotions/discount programs.
*To qualify, a participating practice must be an active ADO member and bill a minimum of $5,000 per month in combined Private Pay and Managed Vision Care to receive a 1% rebate or $1 discount. Practices billing $10,000 or more per month in combined Private Pay and Managed Vision Care will qualify for a 2% rebate or $2 discount through Walman Optical. PEAK Essentials applies to a single location per practice.
**Participating practices must be an active ADO Member and DONE4YOU® Marketing Client and maintain $5,000 in monthly revenue to Walman Optical. PEAK Accelerator can apply to a single or multi-location practice.
